From cultural issues, to managing the economy, from securing free society to educating the next generation, those who believe in freedom have to have answers.
At our third annual Think Tank Central meeting, we will endeavour to find answers to these major issues, by bringing together different pro-freedom voices from around the world.

Baltic Security Foundation
The Baltic Security Foundation (BSF) is a non-governmental promoter of security and defense of the Baltic Sea region. Based in Riga since 2019, the BSF gathers Baltic area experts and security analysts from the Baltic Sea region and beyond. The BSF team hosts discussions and runs research, facilitates expert networking and mobility, and promotes finding and advocating for solutions that lead to a stronger regional security in military and other areas. For that purpose the BSF has published six books, provided more than hundred articles and interviews worldwide, and involved more than 70 global experts in BSF international researcher mobility.

Center for a Secure Free Society
The Center for a Secure Free Society (SFS) is a next-generation, national security think tank advancing freedom and security worldwide. It is the first and only foreign policy and national security think tank in Washington D.C. with a sole focus on the Western Hemisphere and an emphasis on rebuilding transatlantic relations. SFS is the leading research center analyzing the 21st-century multi-polar authoritarian alliance of Venezuela, Russia, Iran, and China, and working actively to counter it through education, network-building, and policy proposals in the United States and throughout the Americas.
Center for Fundamental Rights
The Budapest-based Center for Fundamental Rights (Alapjogokért Központ) has been a Hungarian think tank dealing with political and legal analysis since 2013. The Center serves as the main organizer of CPACHungary, the only Conservative Political Action Conference on European soil. A key mission of our organization is to galvanize the cooperation of conservatives worldwide.
Center of Analysis of International Relations
Established in Baku, Azerbaijan in 2019 the Center of Analysis of International Relations (AIR Center) is a think tank, which provides strategic insights and policy recommendations on international affairs, thus making decision-makers, as well as experts in the field better equipped in analyzing outstanding issues. Common Sense Society (CSS) was founded as a debating forum in 2009 by a group of American and European university students. The group aimed to explore the ideas, cultures, and geography that have shaped our history in order to best contribute to a future that fosters human flourishing. In doing so, CSS became a celebration of the political, intellectual, and cultural inheritance which constitute our shared civilization.
Consumer Choice Center
The Consumer Choice Center is a consumer advocacy group supporting lifestyle freedom, innovation, privacy, science, and consumer choice. The main policy areas we focus on are digital, mobility, lifestyle & consumer goods, and health & science. The CCC empowers consumers to raise their voices in media, the Internet, and on the streets and facilitates activism toward a more empowered consumer. The CCC represents consumers in over 100 countries across the globe. We closely monitor regulatory trends in Washington, Brussels, Geneva, and other hotspots of regulation and inform and activate consumers to fight for consumer choice.
Croatian Centre for the Renewal of Culture
The Croatian Centre for the Renewal of Culture (COK) was founded in 2009. The assumption behind its activity is that it is a country's culture, not just the parties and politicians who run public affairs, that ultimately matters. This culture needs to be renewed for and by each generation. Our culture must be founded upon the principles of Western civilization, which, themselves, have been shaped by Christianity.
The Edmund Burke Foundation
The Edmund Burke Foundation is a public affairs institute founded in January 2019 with the aim of strengthening the principles of National Conservatism in Western and other democratic countries. The Foundation pursues research, educational and publishing ventures directed toward strengthening the tradition of independent, self-governed nations as the foundation for restoring a proper public orientation toward patriotism and loyalty, religion and family, and reason and justice.
Edmund Burke Institute
The Edmund Burke Institute, commonly known as the EBI, is an educational charity dedicated to highlighting the benefits of market led policies and to promoting the civic and cultural values that allow those markets to function.
Epicenter
EPICENTER was launched in October of 2014. Since then, it has been active in the European policy debate, providing a free-market perspective on topics including the digital economy, trade policy, energy security and competition, financial regulation, free movement and welfare, and public health.

The Euro-Gulf Information Centre (EGIC) is an initiative that aims to build social, political, strategic, cultural and economic bridges between the people of Europe and the Arabian Gulf.
The European Conservative
The European Conservative is Europe’s leading conservative English-language publication of philosophy, politics, art, and contemporary affairs. Our news bureau, based in Brussels, aims to report on national and international events, and tell readers the other side of the story—the one that the conformist mainstream media won’t. Our print quarterly focuses on intellectual and theoretical matters, publishing a variety of materials that illuminate the different varieties of conservative, traditionalist, reactionary, and right-wing thought from across Europe and around the world. In everything we do, we believe in reasonable freedom of speech, civilized discussions, and vigorous debate as the best path to understanding.
Foundation for a Civic Hungary

The Grace Richardson Fund
The Grace Richardson Fund comes from a long tradition of conservative foundations working to address critical issues of the day. As climate change has ushered in a new type of threat, since 2016 GRF has convened hundreds of professionals, scholars and students in charrettes and workshops to develop Free Market Climate Policy - a suite of policies based upon low taxes, increased competition, innovation, property rights, intellectual property rights, and more. Henry Jackson Society
HJS is named for Henry M. “Scoop” Jackson, a Democratic US Senator who strongly supported civil rights and protecting the environment — while also maintaining a strong opposition to totalitarianism and Communism. A liberal on domestic issues who was also an ardent hawk on foreign affairs, Henry Jackson was a bulwark in the fight for democracy and freedom in the 20th century.

The Latvian Economists Association stands as one of the oldest non-governmental organizations in the reestablished Republic of Latvia. Its primary mission is to cultivate economic thought and foster long-term economic development within the country. The association consistently defends the foundations of Latvian economic growth and competitiveness, which include an open economy, free business initiative, and inclusion in the European Union's free market. The main activities of the association consist of conducting economic research, organizing conferences and discussions, as well as evaluating economic programs and policies.
MCC Brussels
At a time of unprecedented political polarisation, MCC Brussels is committed to providing a home for genuine policy deliberation and an in-depth exploration of the issues of our time. It will provide an opportunity for intellectuals and experts to debate and assess the conceptual and normative status of European policy making. Drawing on MCC’s outstanding pool of expertise it will attempt to acquaint and influence European policy makers with its distinct approach towards the political, socio-economic and cultural issues of our time. The centre will offer a challenging and stimulating environment for visiting young students to acquaint themselves with the policy and decision-making process in Brussels. It will provide short educational courses and seminars on matters pertaining to European thought and EU policy making.
National Conservatism
“National Conservatism” is a movement of public figures, journalists, scholars, and students who understand that the past and future of conservatism are inextricably tied to the idea of the nation, to the principle of national independence, and to the revival of the unique national traditions that alone have the power to bind a people together and bring about their flourishing.
Nazione Futura
Nazione Futura is a movement of ideas born in the spring of 2017 with the aim of encouraging political-cultural debate and the aggregation of various souls of civil society united by common values and ideals to improve Italy through concrete ideas and proposals. The think tank's activity is structured through the publication of a paper quarterly with in-depth political, economic and cultural information on a quarterly basis and an online newspaper.
Norwegian Association for All Conservative Students
Founded May 17th 2017, the association is an open forum for conservative students and alumni, unaffiliated with any political party. We host lectures, podcasts, debates, reading groups and most importantly social gatherings where ideas and good cheer are the order of the day. These events are the backdrop of a rich exchange of political, philosophical and theological perspectives among our student and alumni members. Among our recent endeavors is the magazine Føniks (Phoenix) which is now distributed at all major universities in Norway. In addition, the association has taken on a cultural focus, with traditional handicraft gatherings, where the beautiful art of older generations is taught and lives on. FAKS has grown rapidly and now has a nationwide presence in all the bigger cities and their places of learning.
Nova Perspektiva
Nova Perspektiva is a Croatian think tank led by Marko Milanović Litre, a Member of Parliament from the Croatian sovereignists party. Based in Zagreb, the organization focuses on a range of policy areas including economics, national security, and social welfare. A special emphasis is placed on the preservation of Croatian culture and national identity, aligning with the conservative ideals of its leadership. Nova Perspektiva collaborates with various institutions, relies on private funding, and engages the public through seminars and workshops. The think tank remains committed to offering innovative, well-researched solutions to Croatia's most pressing challenges on the national and EU level.
Oikos
Oikos is the first and foremost conservative think tank in Sweden. Founded in 2020, it encompasses a broad church of conservative views, from liberal and social conservatism to national and cultural conservatism. Oikos, named for the ancient Greek word for home and household, strives to promote and defend Western civilization and its most precious traditions and ideas: community, family, sovereignty, democracy and patriotism.

Property Rights Alliance
Property Rights Alliance (PRA), an affiliate of the Tholos Foundation, stands as an advocacy organization dedicated to the protection of innovation, intellectual property rights, and physical property rights around the world. The International Property Rights Index (IPRI) is the flagship publication of PRA. The IPRI scores the underlining institutions of a strong property rights regime: the legal and political environment, physical property rights, and intellectual property rights. It is the world’s only index entirely dedicated to the measurement of intellectual and physical property rights.

Students For Liberty (SFL) is a global network of leaders advancing liberty in all aspects of society. SFL's mission is to educate, develop, and empower the next generation of leaders of liberty. As the largest pro-liberty student organization in the world, Students For Liberty has thousands of student coordinators worldwide, fighting hard to make their home countries freer. The organization is present in 105 countries, and organizes thousands of events every year. SFL's student coordinators are featured in Forbes 30 under 30 lists, take leading positions in national governments, start successful businesses, and inspire global movements for freedom. Suomen Perusta
Suomen Perusta Foundation is a Finnish political think tank. Our main focus areas are immigration/multiculturalism, European integration and economics, but we also analyse a variety of topics from wokeism to environmental politics in our publications. We produce high quality research on the impact of immigration on the Finnish public finances.
TaxPayers’ Alliance
The TaxPayers’ Alliance (TPA) was launched in 2004 to fight to reform taxes and public services, cut wasteful spending and speak up for British taxpayers. Tholos
Affiliated with Americans for Tax Reform, Tholos is a educational foundation originally founded in 1985 at the request of President Reagan. Our organization is named for the tholos on the ancient Athenian agora, where the Athenian Senate dined and met with prominent members of the community at large. Like the conversations that took place in the ancient Athenian tholos, our work is focused around coalitions and cooperation, both within and outside government structures.
